Wastewater Management Report for Residential Dwelling

Whitehead & Associates Mid-North Coast prepared a Wastewater Management Report (WMR) regarding the existing On-site Sewage Management System (OSMS) servicing an existing dwelling at Boambee.
The assessment was undertaken with reference to Coffs Harbour City Council, On-site Sewage Management Strategy (2015), AS/NZS 1547: On-site Domestic Wastewater Managment (Standards Australia/Standards New Zealand, 2012 and Environmental & Health Protection Guidelines: On-site Sewage Management for Single Households (Department of Local Government, 1998).
Work included a desktop review of the Site, a Site Visit, Likely Wastewater loads estimates, Soil Analysis, Assessment of Site Capability, Water and Nutrient Balance Modelling, Outlining Improvement Works and the Provision of a written report.
