Preparation of a Wastewater Management Report for a proposed 91-lot subdivision at Cangon Park, NSW to meet Dungog Shire Council DAF requirements

This project involved Land Capability Assessment, site investigation and soils analysis and the preparation of a Wastewater Management Report for the proposed subdivision. The report was prepared to meet the requirements for a High Hazard site as defined by the Dungog Shire Development Assessment Framework. Appropriate treatment and land application options were identified and land application area sizes determined. The required hydraulic and nutrient modelling, MUSIC modelling and viral die-off modelling was completed as part of the Cumulative Impact Assessment and appropriate mitigation measures were identified.
