Wastewater Management Report for 2-lot Subdivision and Dwelling – Morisset NSW

This project involved a site and soil assessment and the preparation of a wastewater management report for a two (2) lot subdivision and the development of a three (3) bedroom dwelling. The Site is intersected by Melaleuca Creek in the West, contains surface water features, and is significantly flood prone. A reduction in the required environmental setbacks, supported by the Australian Standard, was required due to the limited available area. This resulted in the recommendation of a secondary treatment and subsurface irrigation.
